For the Booking Confirmation No., call FedEx Freight at 866-393-4585 to request pickup. You will be asked for:
1. Name
2. Name of Company (use any name if you do not have a company)
3. Phone Number
4. Pickup Location
5. Ship to Zipcode/City
6. Shipment Information

• How many pallets/skids

• Weight and dimension

• Content of goods

• Stackable or not

• Custom value

• Carrier value

• Ready time and pickup time (at least 4 hours apart)

• Person who will have the pallets/skids

• Special instructions

• Loading dock available or not

• Trailer or pallet drive accessible or not
After the phone conversation, FedEx will provide you with:
1. Booking Confirmation No., like: 123456789101
2. Pickup Confirmation No., like: abcde01
